Jay brings over 17 years of Wall Street investment banking experience, with roles at Silicon Valley Bank Securities, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and Jefferies, as well as corporate finance experience at eBay and Zynga (joined pre-IPO). He started his career at Ernst & Young where he received his California CPA (inactive).
Jay earned a B.Comm. from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business.
Jay is a Registered Representative of Independent Investment Bankers Corp, Member FINRA/SIPC. He is a FINRA Registered Representative holding Series 7, 63 and 79 licenses.

Da brings a wealth of experience in investment banking, private equity, and operations management. Da previously worked at 3 Rivers Capital, New Oriental Technology Group, Airgo Inc. and China Investment Corporation.
He holds an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business and a B.A. in Economics along with a B.S. in Materials Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles.
